Philippine Women Are Sluts
Is there such a thing as normal nightlife, normal bars or nightclubs where girls go out just to have a couple of drinks and a chat and a laugh and dance and maybe flirt or whatever, but without the whoring? Or are all nightclubs just whore joints? Where do people go to just have a good time and meet other people and just do normal stuff? Where are the normal venues? Do they even exist? Where do the normal women go to have a normal good time? If there wasn't such a demand for sex would all women just stay at home and knit?

Slutty Filipinas
I like Filipinas, but one of the reasons I haven't dated one yet is that many of them seem overly sexual or sexually loose for my tastes. Filippinas have a terrible reputation around the world for being slutty. So, I've avoided them for the most part.

Bad Marriage to Filipina
I was married to a Philippine woman for 22 years of misery. She was a great actress and could feign love when it was convenient. Every once in awhile she'd throw me a bone to keep me from running away. I should have run on the 3rd day of our marriage, but I was a fool. I thought I could help her. Biggest mistake of my life. Once burned by lying Philippine women
It is hard to trust anyone but for some reason the Philippine culture has lies and white lies all over the place. Once Philippine women have cheated, lied directly to your face about something that's important to you, it will definitely happen again. If the good is better than the bad and you can deal with it, forgive, remember, learn and make the best of it. I have a hard time with that, probably because I'm totally gun shy. Once burned, ya know.

Don't Stereotype People
I do not think it's fair to stereotype a whole nationality . I know many good Filipinos. They have their good and bad like everybody else. I must protest. You cannot condemn a whole nation for a misfortune, I live among many Honest Filipinos who have helped many foreigners. Like all countries the Philippines has its share of good and bad.

Not all Filipinas are vultures
Stereotyping is a valid defense mechanism used the world over, to catagorize large groups. In this case the subgroup can be named Vulture Filipinas. Not all Filipinas are vultures, but enough of them warrant the use of stereotyping.

Saying you cannot trust any Filipino is wrong
I'm getting a little pissed off with the attitude here with some people who because they have had a bad experience with a Filipino. I don't give a damn how many times I have posted about this it still has not been addressed. Saying you cannot trust any Filipino is wrong you know it I know it deal with it don't just go round the issue how would you like it if someone said never trust an American, it's offensive Period.

Poverty in the Philippines
Due to the deep poverty in the Philippines most Filipinos are opportunists. All foriegners are fair game. Even if you have a good one she is probably still looking for a leg up in life in the first place.

I have a friend that I've known in the Philippines for about six years. She seems on the up and up, but every time I read these forums about how all Filipinas lie, it makes we wonder if I'm being lied too also.

Sounds to me like a couple of assholes making a rascist joke or a sweeping generalization. I really don't think all Filipinas have that kind of a reputation. Most of the filipinas I've met were actually quite prudish. I think maybe these guys know one or two slutty filipinas, and all of a sudden they conclude that all filipinas are slutty. I've met quite a few slutty women of other races, but I don't necessarily conclude that all girls of that race is slutty. I just think these simple-minded guys were making a crude joke.

Caution in regard to Philippine women
I do not suggest that all women are the same, but there is nothing more humiliating than to be cleaned out by a scammer. I don't hate Philippine women because each is an individual to me. I do suggest extreme caution is warranted, however.

I'd love to be proven wrong, but it's unfortunately been my experience that american men who really like living in the Philippines have few if any complaints, are here to satisfy a perverse sexual appetite of some kind. I'm glad to hear you don't fit into such a category.

Face it, the Philippines suck
Half the country is under islamic extremist control, while the president rides around on a motorcycle throwing hand grenades at drug dealers. The women will scam you, the men will try to rob you, goverment tax you, weather will wilt you.
